The Strategic Planning and Quality Committee was established to effectively and efficiently manage the university's academic innovation and postgraduate education. The committee aims to ensure quality education through the development and implementation of a strategic development plan, the requirements of rating agencies, and a quality management system.
The main tasks of the Strategic Planning and Quality Committee are:
development, analysis of the university development strategy, step-by-step control over the implementation of all structural units and services;
coordination of participation in international and domestic rating agencies on institutional and educational programs;
consideration of the issues of systematization, analysis, and updating of quality management documents;
analysis of the results of internal and external audit of the university in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015, preparation of recommendations;
analysis and presentation of the results of internal rating work based on the achievement of indicators of the Strategic Plan;
consideration of the introduction of education in the Graduate School of Public Administration and Economics, and a postgraduate education program;
development of proposals for the organization of seminars for advanced training of the administration, teaching staff, and university personnel through the Center for Advanced Training;
quality policy forecasting and analysis of quality objectives;
strategic planning and quality management of the QMS process;
certification according to ISO 9001 standard, consideration of proposals from organizations for personnel training and decision-making.
